I only recently learned that the cobbler that I grew up eating was really just rectangular pie, made with a rolled crust. Actual cobbler has a soft dough crust more like this.
P.S. Melt the margarine.
A collection of family recipes. Last year I brought home a box of cookbooks, magazines, and paper scraps that belonged to my Grandma, Mildred Allen Bridges. After a year of not touching it I'm ready to start sifting and searching for recipes to share with all the family.
