2 Tbsp. water
1 slightly beaten egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
Mix well with nuts (usually pecans which grew in Mo Bootheel). Turn flat side down on greased cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
